Real Estate Tour Guide - Seasonal
Austin Staffing Inc is seeking 5-10 outgoing and confident individuals for a seasonal position with a real estate company located in the Leander/Liberty Hill area. This position requires the ability to work 8 straight weekends (dates below), from noon - 5:
00pm each day. Duties involve giving tours of the properties to prospective buyers/renters, following a predetermined script, and answering questions. Individuals with prior real estate, tour guide, or acting experience are ideal for this position, as you will be on the spot and speaking publicly about the merits of the property. You must also be comfortable standing and walking for long periods of time, and interacting with a wide variety of people. In addition, you must project a professional image. This is a fun opportunity for students looking to make a bit of weekend income, or someone looking to supplement a full time job. In addition, candidates who successfully complete the assignment will be strongly considered for future roles through our agency.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
