Liberty Hill, TX Liberty Hill, TX Full-time Full-time $80,000 - $90,000 a year $80,000 - $90,000 a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago Goodwin and Company is seeking a Community Event Planner(Lifestyle Coordinator) to plan social events, implement varied activities/programs and responsible for connecting residents through events, communications and new programs for community connections in Santa Rita Ranch, Plan, coordinate, and oversee all Association events, including but not limited to scheduling of events with implementation policies, budgeting, and facilitating preparations Working in conjunction with the Community Manager Maintain annual financial records relating to all events and follow annual budget Preparation of income and expenses for individual events Guide Board of Directors by providing professional administrative assistance Solicit bids for special projects; request work orders for emergency services and/or repairs Attend all events funded and supported by the Association (occasional Weekends/Evenings) Coordinate e-blasts and exercise good communication skills Maintain complete and current files for all events Maintain good rapport with Board of Directors, Homeowners, Residents and Business Partners; respond promptly to all requests and in accordance with company policy Build community involvement Promote partnership opportunities Call Deena with any questions 469 207 2442 Job Type:
