7K a year Meridell Achievement Center is seeking a MUSIC/ ART PROGRAM SPECIALIST to join its fun and energetic Recreation Therapy department! The ideal candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, organized, able to meet assigned deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications Bachelor's in Music Therapy or a related field Must love animals Experience working with children and/or adolescents is preferred Valid Class C Driver's License (with good driving record) Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Must be able to meet physical demands of lifting and moving over 50 pounds, walking and standing for long periods of time, and running for short periods of time Meridell Achievement Center is a nationally recognized 134-bed private residential treatment facility that specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents who have emotional, behavioral and neurobehavioral problems.
