com Duties:
- Assist the Starts Coordinator in managing the day-to-day operations.
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Inputting new jobs/starts into our database - Perform general office duties - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with order entry systems is beneficial.
