We will make sure to create environments for the player that will allow them to completely express their passion through pure innovation and creativity.
Therefore, allowing each player and team to achieve their personal best; by efficiently and effectively problem solving, no matter the situation.
We are seeking a qualified individual for our upcoming 2023-2024 season.
This is a 10-month contract position within LHYSA.
You will be required to pass a background check, online concussion protocol and safesport training.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a youth soccer coach, currently hold a level D USSF License and live in the Austin, TX area.
We will not offer any type of relocation services.
You will be the head coach of at least one Select team (U11/19) from August 2023 through May 2024.
You will maintain open and honest communication with players and their guardians.
You will conduct all practices during the term of this contract.
The number, duration and content of practices will be determined by the LHYSA Director of Coaching.
You are required participate in at least one monthly technical training session.
You will attend and coach all league games for your team(s) as scheduled by the league or tournaments in which your team(s) choose to participate.
You are required to attend all meetings, trainings and clinics as schedule by the LHYSA Director of Coaching.
You are required to participate in LHYSA player evaluations and tryouts for each Division.
Total compensation for this 10-month contract is dependent upon your current USSF licensing.
D License:
