Allied Gallery is searching for a Custom/Retail Sales individual with an eye on future growth and the experience to grow revenue and maintain the existing customer base at the highest level of satisfaction.
In this position the successful candidate will set short and long-term goals and execute a cohesive strategy to increase revenue.
In addition, the salesperson will employ creative measures and set plans to build and nurture relationships with future clients.
Position Responsibilities- Establish sales objectives and forecasts to achieve budget goals.
Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support and development to assigned sales team, participate in closing orders, and facilitate the selling process.
Implement local sales programs by developing field sales and action plans.
Implement field sales strategies and programs to grow customer base.
Drive market competitiveness and sales growth by optimizing price points to the marketplace while achieving target margins.
Increase sales volume and optimize selling price by staying current with supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
Maintain industry knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Generate leads and close new deals.
Effectively utilize software systems to manage customer accounts, document actions, and hurdle dates.
Required knowledge, Skill and Experience- Outgoing, driven personality with a high level of integrity Strong consultative and persuasive selling skills Superior interpersonal skills Aggressive self-starter with strong bias for action and results orientation Flexible; ability to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamics.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 4
years successful sales experience Knowledge of construction and or countertops industries a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
