The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks at a medium paced work environment and should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and can handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed Support the Ranch Greeters with miscellaeous tasks Maintain supplies Job Type:
