Preschool Closing Manager Qualifactions:
At least 5 years childcare experience Flexible and willingness to work special events Compliance with State Licensing Standards Previous experience as an office manager within a childhood education Attention to detail Provide Customer Service that goes above and beyond Preschool Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Performs all office duities in a polite and professional manner Manages and maintain front office/reception workspace Greet parents and children thoroughout work day Answer in coming phone calls from parents, visitors, and other inquiries Maintains professional attitude in being self-approachable by children,parents,and staff Help file paperwork needed Master copies Organize Field Trip Binders Immunizations Bus Checks Food and Paper good orders Tour Packets Supply Closet Follow emergency procedures Opening and Closing notes Take hourly classroom counts Attend to sick children Able to cover classrooms for breaks and coverage if needed Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.
00 - $19.
